Reservations and Payment

All bookings are coordinated directly with our team via WhatsApp, email, or phone.

Currently, no advance payment is required.

You agree to provide accurate travel details, including flight information, to ensure proper coordination of services.

Cancellations and Refunds

Since no prepayment is required, there are no penalties for cancellations.

In exceptional cases where a refund is necessary, it will normally be 100% of any payment made.

Cancellations can be made through WhatsApp, email, or phone.

Special Situations

We coordinate transportation based on flight schedules to avoid delays.

In the event of unexpected delays, changes, or emergencies, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements and maintain service quality.

Customer Responsibilities

Liability

- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, air traffic, natural events)

- ⁠Personal belongings left unattended in vehicles or at tour locations
